With the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic in our rearview mirror, we have emerged intact with a renewed focus on growth, performance and added value. Key to regaining the momentum achieved prior to the pandemic, is our unwavering commitment to safety, our people and the value we create through our knowledge, expert technologies and dedicated workforce. Our mission remains to provide superior service to our clients through innovation and ingenuity coupled with a recognition of the role we play in ensuring that we mitigate any negative impact our services have on the health of our communities and the environment. We recognize that the principles of environmental, social and governance (ESG) represent a firms' best effort to deliver the safety, morals, ethics and fiscal responsibility necessary to reward the investors that demonstrate confidence in our management and operations.

With a single year of existence, our ESG program is rapidly emerging as the foundation of our corporate governance and sustainability. It is driven by our Board of Directors and ESG Executive Committee commitment to thrust Perma-Fix into a position of leadership within our market sector. Initial results indicate that our principles are in line with the best ESG programs. We instinctively “do the right thing” in relation to our people, our communities and the environment. But we always seek continuous improvement and acknowledge that we can be better in practice and in demonstrating our values.
