Schreiber, Yonley & Associates (SYA) is a full service environmental engineering and consulting firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. We were founded in 1985 by Fred Lafser and Robert Schreiber, former Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and former Director of the Missouri Division of Environmental Quality.
