MIXED LOW LEVEL WASTE RCRA PART B PERMIT

Perma-Fix Northwest Mixed Low Level Waste (MLLW) Facility has several thermal and non-thermal unit operations permitted for the treatment of RCRA and TSCA mixed wastes. This facility operates under a RCRA Permit with TSCA approval issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology and the U.S. EPA Region 10 (Permit ID No.: WAR000010355). This permit authorizes the receipt, possession, and treatment of specific types of hazardous materials.
